A Lovely Sunny Sunday here Today

Hi Friends, we have had a good day today, family were all here this morning, unfortunately their computer had broken down so DIL Sharon came over here to put her Avon order through, it had to be in today, the house was so quiet after they left although I fancy there was a trace of relief on DH's face.

Rosemary I always think friends or relatives who criticize how your individual children are raised take such a chance, firstly they do not know how future children or GC will be in their lives plus if the child hears these remarks it can stay with them the rest of their lives & also the mother. It is a case of walk in my shoes for awhile.

Bea I have been keeping you in my thoughts the last few days, I know this is a difficult time, have Faith Bea I feel strongly this is going to be O.K.

My neighbour gave me a little shrub today from her garden, I cannot tell you the name as she did not know, it is a lavender colour flower, I will try & find it in my books tonight, I love having things in my garden from friends don't you.

Well time to go, Bye to everyone HUGS Doreen

Thank you Doreen, for your friendly thoughts in hopes that all turns out well. Unfortunately, with it being a holiday weekend I have to wait until after the weekend to pick up my copies of my tests--this will involve a trip to Boston and DH will drive me in, and I will run up the four flights to the medical library and hope they have them ready. I called Friday and they only need 24 hrs. notice but then they were closed for the weekend. I am sitting here on pins and needles, have chomped every nail down. I am normally a nervous person anyway, this certainly doesn't help.

I thoroughly agree with you about not criticizing other people, their children or their grandchildren. None of us know what a lot of situations are like unless we have walked in their shoes. All people, I feel are born good, and I know that a little love goes a lot further than having somebody speak badly of anyone. I didn't read the first of this issue so don't quite know what it is about, but I wish people wouldn't be so crass when it comes to criticizing.

Take care Doreen, and hope you have a good day--both you and your DH and the rest of the family! Hugs. Bea
