Good Sunday Morning

I started to post earlier but after re-reading it I realized it was too full of complaints so deleted it. I'm in the middle of one of those spells when everything possible is going wrong and it's really got me down. I won't go into all the details, other than to say the most pressing problem this minute is that my furnace is broken for the third time this month and I'm freezing and can't get in touch with the repair man. I think I may be looking at having to get a new furnace. At least my health is holding up so I'm thankful for that.

I hope everyone is having a really nice Memorial Day weekend and that you're all having better weather than we are here. It's probably just the continuous cold and rain that's making the little things seem big and getting me depressed. A little sun and warm temperatures will cure everything.

I'll be working for the next few days so probably won't get a chance to post but will be thinking of you all. Diana

Geeze Diana, I hope you won't need a new furnace but sometimes it's better in one way because it would probably be more efficient than the old one. It could pay back in less fuel usage to keep the house warm. We went through getting the new furnace a few years ago, and by gosh, they were just as hard to get a man lined up for the job as it is now for us to get the roof done. What is it? Do you think New Englanders just don't want to work anymore? I honestly think home jobs are too small and they want the big jobs and the big money. Anyway, maintenance here in the northeast is very high according to probably other parts of the country due to our severe weather changes.

I know how you feel about everything seeming to go wrong. Somebody has a couple of VooDoo dolls with your name and mine on it Diana. All we gotta' do is find out who the culprit is. LOL! Hugs. Bea

I think Bea is right about a new furnace saving in the long run. As far as living with no sun and lots of cold wet weather--brings me down! We just got back from two weeks of it and that was enough! The sun does make me a happier camper, which is why I'm in Fl.I do miss the beautiful spring flowers and could enjoy a nice snow storm once in awhile-but so be it.

Hope you are enjoying the job.martha
