I really hope that just maybe Spring is here. Looks georgus out even tho it is a bit cool yet. At least we can hope, right? We really have waited long enough now, havn't we?
Speaking of Spring, I'm sitting here at my computer looking out at this beautiful afternoon. We have a bird feeder just a few feet out from the window & on the feeder right now we have a male Cardinal, a Rose breasted Grosebeak,a male Goldfinch & a pretty bird that I'm not at all sure of. I really get a lot of enjoyment out of these birds & we have so many vaarieties, Who says that the different species don't eat together? It is very interesting to watch them all!
Must think of some dinner as it's about that time. Talk to you all later. Have a good evening! Velma

Enjoy your birds. There's a lot of bird lovers here on the board.
Hugs, Darb
I have a wonderful bird feeder just outside my kitchen window in NJ - can't wait to get back to it. I bet my little birds have missed me!! Here I don't have a feeder - but I'm looking out on a bank of cedar trees and see a lot of birds. We have the English robin - fatter and fluffier than ours, the elegant Magpie - all black and white but nasty in temperament, cute little wrens that look just like the ones at home, and huge wood cocks, or wood pigeons. They are like turtle doves but much bigger - in fact in the covered market, they have them dressed for sale, much like Cornish hens. As you described the "ethnicity" of your feeder - makes me wonder how great it would be if the human species could get along as well! Wonder if they have bird feeders in Israel?? Hm.....!
Enjoy your spring - hope it stays around. Rosemary
So happy you are with us. Do hope spring has sprung for you.martha
When we go to the lake, we have a screened in deck. Again, I don't have a bird feeder there also. But we have a cat and when she goes out on the deck, the hummingbirds think it is funny to attack her through the screens. Of course, they can't get her, but they have put a few holes in the screens!
Isn't nature wonderful! As they say, we should all take time to smell the roses! Hugs. Bea
Glad you're feeling good & back with us. Cal
