Good Morning Ladies. It's a lazy, hazy, cloudy, drizzly day here. Did you ever notice how clean, green, and fresh everything looks outside when it's raining. It looks so nice after all the work I did out there yesterday, though there's still a lot to be done. For the third year I'm still working on creating a periennel bed to the south of the house. It's coming along but what's taking the time is that I have to build up a raised bed around a white cluster birch to get above all the roots. Ds has been helping some to cut the blocks to fit around the roots. It's slow tedius work. I just can't wait til it's done. Then, I decided to plant some periennels around the septic cover and vent. I have part of it dug up but still have to finish that. Then all I'll do is to add some soil and some mulch and then plant something. I don't have too much for flower beds, but I sure do seem to spend a lot of time in them. I haven't even looked at the garden this year. I might just plant flowers in there too. Nobody but me eats anything in there anyway and it hardly pays for one person.

Since I can't go outside right now I'll have to concentrate on the inside. I know I'll be able to find things to do. And, if I get sick of working, I can spend some time on my stamping. I have some cards that I have to make and I still haven't gotten going on my scrapbooking. There's always lots to do.

Hope you all have a great day. Take care....... kaci

Hi, Kaci! Your post reminds me that I still have flowers that need to be planted...if they're still living. Now I'm feeling guilty about leaving them in their little pots for so long:o( To be honest...I forgot about them!

You're right...there is always lots to do & I hope you find something that you thoroughly enjoy to fill today! Cal
