I don't feel like doing anything, and that bequiles me as I would rather be busy. I think a lot has to do with the weather--we have been going for days and days without the sun poking through, it's cool, damp and chilly and I just can't seem to warm up.

Enough of the bad stuff--I hope to go to the picture board soon and check out all those new pictures I've been reading about. And Mindy, you mentioned your Sloppy Joe's and if there is a definite recipe for it I'd love to have it--it's been so long since I've made it. Rosemary, you sound almost worn out--I don't know how you keep up the pace that you do. You deserve a day of rest, even from tennis.

We put some pictures on the scanner yesterday and DH didn't want to download them to the computer, so ended up putting them on floppies and then transferring them over to the CD. Well, a lot of time involved and I'm not completely happy with them as they do seem to be somewhat out of focus. The original pictures were fine. DH likes the program on the computers at home better, this one at the lake is different and it's confusing to try to figure out which does what. Anyway, I betcha' DH will say time for a new camera. Duh.

He brought back the pots and pans. I purposely made a cheese omelet last night in a fairly new fry pan, and told him that nothing, and I mean "nothing", beats the red Farberware skillet he bought me a few months ago--clean up is so easy! Well, the omelet was good last night--haha, but I let DH scrub out the pan. He's starting to get my drift here, and starting to see the difference in what I am talking about.

Oh well, on with my lazy day. Think I'll wander over to Yahoo! Have a good day everyone. Hugs. Bea

It was all those gray cold days that made us choose Fl as home. Yes--if the kids had stayed in NJ we would be there half the year.

I painted an old straw hat red, and put some purple flowers on it. Worked great. The only red hats in the stores that I saw were $20 and up.There seemed to be some less expensive ones that some found--but not me.I'm happy with mine.

The thrift was fine and I brought 4 red purses home for some of the girls. $1.Much better than spending more.Mine is a real pretty one--first choice!

Here Comes dh with the pizza--martha
