Hi Friends, well this is the next episode to what now seems like a 'Never Ending Story', it has been a difficult week, had to see the Dr. again, the outcome is I have to see a Neurosurgeon on 8th July so here's hoping.

Have not been able to read all the posts so do hope you are all well & enjoying your summer.

Kaci I am so sorry you have lost your Dad, I wish for him Perfect Peace from all pain, & certainly peace for you & your family during this difficult time.

Rosemary thank you so much for introducing me to Bill Bryson & his book Down Under, at the moment I can only read a few pages at a time but am enjoying every word, I love his humour, he has read Australians so well. I have read quite a few excerpts out to Jack.

I am sorry you had a sad day last week Rosemary, it is hard when a Dear child is born with the sound of a different drum to march to, please never give up hope.

Well that will have to be my limit tonight friends, HUGS to everyone Doreen.

Doreen:

Hi Have a great weekend...Doreen do you have a problem with your eyes...I caught parts of the fact that you are having trouble reading books...Have you tried large print books? DH had used them when his sight was less and less. You may not be able to get all copies of the best sellers right away but there is a good varity out there. Or how about books on tape.

(((HUGS)))

Gosh, it does seem "neverending", doesn't it? I hope that the visit with the neurosurgeon will find what is causing all this and get to the root of the problem for you. I know how frustrated you must be. My prayers are with you and hoping that you will be as comfortable as possible until the neurosurgeon can at least test and hopefully come up with some help. As they say Doreen, take it one day at a time!

The last 3 days have brought summer to us, and it was very, very humid and almost unbearable. I have the benefit of just hopping in and out of the lake for quick swims and to cool off. Today, it is very pleasant, the temps a little lower and no humidity at all. Aaaaaaaaaahhh, have been waiting a long time for this! Here in New England we didn't have a spring season at all--we went from chilly cold clammy weather right into the hot and humid season. But, that's New England for you. We are noted for the saying "If you don't like the weather, just wait 10 minutes".

Wishing you a good day my friend. Hugs. Bea
