We look as though we will get a few drops of rain.Need it, and we've done our running for the day.How two people can spend so much on food I cannot believe.By the look of prices it must be a fortune to feed a family of young growing little people.
Since I lead such an exciting life I can't even think of much to talk about. We could Bush bash since things do not seem to be getting better. So many of the old around here are really getting bashed. Some have to sell their homes and -or go back to work if they can and if they can find something. We won't even get into health care.
Now all that miserable stuff is coming from one who is fortunate and happy.
Oh--how many of you give blood?I'm a real chicken but think I will when the blood mobile comes here. They are so short of the stuff that I feel guilty.
Ok "That's All Folks" martha

I agree about the food bills! We seem to spend a great deal of money also; of course, I do find myself building a little stockpile of canned goods, just in case I don't feel like cooking. I do use my crockpot and find it a luxurious way of cooking something without having to tend to the meal.
I wouldn't mind giving blood, but they don't want mine. I had undulant fever when I was a child; that and the medicine I have to take make me 'undesirable'. lottie77
