Another day in sunny Fl and I'm off to get my hair cut.It grows fast in the heat.Did you know your hair really does grow faster in the warm climate?I'm always surprised when I go North how slow it comes in on the legs==and elsewhere.

My dd will be here before I know.Sat at 10pm.Looking forward to having she and my dgs here. He's 8 now.Got a bike for him to ride while here. The thrift comes in handy.A boys bike was give so I'm using it and taking it back when they leave. This Sat. I'll look at the toys. One of the things I will also do is give him a couple of bucks and take him to the dollar tree.Let him shop.

I guess I'd best tend to a few things around here before I go out. Be back--martha

Well, here again! What a good idea to get a bike from the thrift on loan and then able to return it. How long will your DD and DGS be there with you? I have only 2 sons and their families, and they often wonder why we don't go to Florida, and I keep telling them that I don't see them enough as it is. They, of course, say that they will come down to visit. Now, last year was the first year that we didn't have our family bash because they were all so busy, and we are only one state away from the farthest son, and about 80 miles away from the other. I just don't know why they think they will find the time to travel and see us if we move to the warmer climate.

Anyway, no, I didn't know about hair growing faster in warmer weather. Hair had stopped growing on other parts of my body when I was having a thyroid problem and didn't know about it at the time; now that I am on the meds for it the hair does grow back on the legs again. I asked the dr. about it and she said maybe my "male" hormones have been activated!!! Oh great, what next?

I've been meaning to mention about how I love your comments about the water and it's serenity and it sounds like you have been around boats and water a lot also. Was surprised that your DH played music and then dropped it when you went to Florida. Does moving to Florida mean changing and giving up some of the past lifestyle that one has enjoyed so much? Just curious.

Gotta' go and try to read and write to a few of the gals. Have a good day! Bea
