At last it looks as if we will get a bit of rain. We do need it. 42 days dry does something.

I'm getting ready to go. Got some cash at the bank. Packed and unpacked at least three times. I've never gone on a guided tour, but I think it will be great. We get picked up right in the community by bus to take us to the plane in Orlando. We land in Vancouver and spend the night there. After a morning tour of the city we get on the boat.Seven days with a stop at all the inland waterway towns, with side trips. Then we will have five days on land,. Fly back to Orlando where the bus will bring us back here.

Since I was blessed with a cancer free report, I'm going to enjoy the celebration. Rosemary has taught me that no matter what, we live each day to the fullest. I had made up my mind, no matter what my report-- first I was going to do the trip.I know I've been blessed.

Anyone here want to give me any tips on this trip? I take advice well-- martha

Yea, only overnight in Vancouver, but we are getting a tour of the city before we leave. I will be in Denli for two nights and will be getting a tour through the park. Wish I had more time at all the places. Always felt one needs at least three nights at a place to get a feel of it. Hey-- I'm sooooooooooo lucky to be able to do this. Have not heard one complaint from a sole that has gone there. Walking shoes, layers of clothes and rain ponchos all packed. martha

Martha, you will have a great time. We did that trip for pour 30th anniversary. Some of the shore excursions are really neat, like the train trip up to the ol' gold
