Ok, DH has done it again. He ate all of the ice cream. After dinner tonight, he asked if I wanted some strawberries. I said yes, the next thing I know, DH is standing at the kitchen sink shoveling ice cream & strawberries into his mouth. I just got strawberries. Ok, I knew we were low on ice cream, but DH could have given me one spoonful. I guess I am lucky to get the strawberries.
Saturday, I found out DH signed us both up for cemetery duty. I spent Saturday and Sunday on my hands & knees crawling from one headstone to another, clipping and cleaning the stones and then putting up flags. I wish DH would not wait until the last minute to tell me about my VOLUNTEERING. The cemetery did look very nice.
I think DH is trying to make up for the ice cream thief. He is doing up the dinner dishes as I write. Tomorrow is my Big day at the UW Medical Center. I have the first of my two yearly visits. The only thing I will say about my treatment is you would not believe the places Doctors will insert a probe, and they never use just one either, they come in pairs or threes. If you get embarrassed easily this condition is not for you. It is a little discomforting, but not painful.
On my way home tomorrow, I am going to pick-up two cartons of Ice Cream, maybe some more strawberries to go with it.

Lou, sounds like you may need a little "vacation" away from DH?
Lou you made me laugh, he figured that if he ate the ice cream you would just want the strawberry's, lot more healthy LOL.

Cal:
You are right, I do need a holiday from DH.
Hi Betty:
Thank you so much for your encouragement.

Betty:
Washington is a very expensive state to live in.
Lou I am so sorry to hear about your children, I too would not want to leave. Calif is getting so expensive, we pay an extra gas tax for cleaner air and it really kills us. Chevron is $4.49 a gallon for regular and Texeco is $4.59 and so are the other stations. We get our gas at Costco and pay 3.89 which is high but better than the alternative. We just about can not afford to live here anymore, its shameful what has happened.Food is getting outragious here, in Visalia, orange juice and milk is terrible and chicken is so expensive I told Vern the other day its almost to high to buy.

Hi Lou, and I think it's funny that he finished off the ice cream!
Lou, I
