Good morning to each of you,

I didn't get much rest yesterday as I was busy getting an ebay order together. I am happy to say that I got it finished up and an invoice sent last night and I found that she has already paid me this morning. She is a good repeat customer of mine.

I did manage to watch a movie as I can do the work I  was doing and watch TV. :-)

Today is busy again. Our neighbor brought us more green beans from his garden and  I will be cooking them today. He also brought lots of squash and zucchini. Might make some zucchini bread too. His wife just took mother some of the same on Saturday. They are a very sweet couple and so generous. We will be giving them tomatoes as soon as ours start ripening. We have loads of them.

I am fixing to ride my stationery bike while it is still cool as it is already 70*, but later when the 91* gets here I sure won't want to do that. It is on our screened in porch.

Have the best day ever and I hope you will find lots of time to SMILE today. It will make you feel oh so good!

Hi Becky -
Sure wish I could share some of those veggies with you. I'll have to settle for the super market variety. As for your bike - I'll be riding my exercise bike too - I'm feeling so much stronger, but the muscles in my legs are totally flab. I am going to the pool each day - walking there - then riding the bike- and using my cane less and less - so hopefully it will all help a bit. I'm off to my next to last rad treatment this afternoon - looking back over the last4 weeks, it hasn'treally been so bad.

Enjoy your day - we are a bit cooler here than you, but sunny and beautiful. Rosemary

A hint about zucchini -
If you want it for bread, but hate to bake in the heat of summer (like me), measure amount needed for 1 loaf and freeze. Come the middle of winter just thaw it out, drain any excess liquid and bake away. The bread doesn't care if it gets mushy from the freezing.

Our hottest months are July and August and until mid-Sept. we can often go above 100--they say it is a dry heat :-) I say so is an oven LOL Have a good Monday and thanks for the beautiful smiles!
