I had a very nice weekend.  At the last minute on Friday I decided to ride along with dd-Cheryl when she took two of her kids to stay for a week with their aunt and uncle in Illinois.  When she called one last time to try to convince me to go along with her, I had finished with all of the things that had to be done and thought that I might as well go along.  So, I tossed some things into a suitcase (forgot a few things too) and headed to town to ride along with her.  It was a quick trip but still enjoyable.  We just got back a short time ago and I've unpacked, but still want to throw a load into the washer before I go to bed.  I'm really tired and will try to catch up with everyone's posts tomorrow.  I hope everyone is doing well.

Take care,

Isn't it nice when you realize you can probably by what you forgot to pack if you really need it? I used to panic if I forgot something. DH always acts like we'll never be able to find a store - LOL. Best example is when I forgot to pack his undies on a trip to New Orleans. We just looked up a store in a neighborhood near the streetcar and took a little ride.

I wish I would have known Karen. We had our community garden walk on Saturday and our neighborhood garden walk on Sunday. You would have loved them. Oh well, I know how busy you are when with all the dgks.

Ariana was here for the weekend and she was such a trooper getting in and out of the car seat for 8 of

I keep so much down at my ds' house that it's amazing that I'd be without something.
