but I am fat, I weight 116 and he said that I could lose about 4lbs and be healthier.

crap I'm not giving up my orange floats for 4lbs. So I am finished with dr's unless something comes up. yipee yipee yipee.

I got an email from my sisters high school boyfriend this morning, he had just heard about her and jack and he said always thought of her on Valentines day. Apparently that was really special for both of them. We thought they would marry & they should have but she met another jerk.  Its 6 months today for Jack and 6 months for Clara on the 13th which was on pams birthday.

Have a good evening girls and stay cool, we are expecting flash flooding and lightening this evening. Hope they are wrong, we are in a drought and don't need to flood............................................hugs

Geez, how short are you that 116 lbs is too much?? The last time I saw that # I was in 8th grade. Then the hormones hit and I blossomed everywhere - LOL. Keep the orange floats. Like the wife says to her husband in the movie Moonstruck - "your gonna die, Cosmo". None of us get out alive, so I'm all for ignoring the medical folks sometimes and just going for it.

Great news on the scan. One more thing you can cross off your worry list.

Jaquie I love orange floats, I could drink them every day. I also love the Espresso bean chip ice cream it is made by fosters yummo. I told Vern and he said the day you need to lose 4 lbs is the day he goes naked down the street, so I am eating and eating and eating. have a wonderful day. hugs

Yep Bea I am, no reason to worry about those tiny lbs, besides I think he needed to tell something, my lungs were fine. So your kinda fat Mrs Hensley, you could lose about 4lbs and be so much healthier, yeah right.

Hey I love your pic's that your using on the board, they are so neat. Keep it up.

Mindy I loved riding the horses and making them gentle, you feel so good up on them and they all right with the world. I don't know of any that does it around here. Jack had a lady that did it for him, he use to break horses and then she would gentle them for saddle.

I'm so glad to see that they gave you a good report on the lungs; don't let the 4 lbs. worry you.
