Now that my camping excursion is over, I'm back to my normal, somewhat boring existence. I still have some things from camping that have to be put away again for another year. Also, the lawn needs to be mowed again. I don't think that will be done today though as it seems like it's going to be a rainy day here. I'm anxious to look at the all the pictures that I took while camping. I have over 50 shots on the digital that have to be gone through. I'm wondering how to have them printed this year. Last year I did it all myself with photo paper and my computer. I'm wondering if it might be cheaper to have them done though. I suppose I could take in the card or, isn't there a way to have it done on line? Have any of you done that? How do you do it? Do you e-mail the pictures to them, or what? Somebody told me that you could send them online to Walgreens and then pick them up at your local store. Does anyone know anything about that?
Some good news here is that my roomie has finally got a job. She starts this afternoon at a cellular store. Please pray with me that it will work out and that she can save up to get a place of her own to live. It hasn't been a problem, but I'm ready to be on my own again.

Ah, yes. Getting back to "reality" can be a downer. The older I get, the longer it takes to regenerate, so the first day or so back is pretty much just puttering around that house and unpacking. Nothing major gets done.
When faced with purchasing an expensive laser printer and buying special papers, I opted for sending my .jpg files online to Walgreen's, then picking them up later. So much easier and they really look good. I converted some color shots to b/w, had them printed on matte paper and they look really classy when framed. Another find was the Kodak Easy Share website. I registered, but people who want to view my photos are not required to register.
