Just had to share this idea from our DDIL. Start with a can of drained black, pinto, garbanzo beans, and mash in a bowl. Add olive oil and seasonings. I like hot sauce and garlic in black beans, mexican chilies in pinto, lime juice and cumin in garbanzos. Spread this on 2 slices of toast instead of mayo, add sliced tomato and sliced cheese. MMMM. It also makes a great cracker or veggie dip for snacking. This could turn me into a vegetarian for sure.

Hey Jacquie... that sounds good to me, and gives me an idea of what to do with some of my chicken stock. I love back beans, and garbanzos are specially delicious.
