morning and the sorness was almost all gone in my back and shoulder. I finally stopped taking the crap the dr prescribed and started with moist heat and it was working better than anything I could take, Yippee I am on the mend and glad for it. I will take it easy for a few days and no more ice plant removing.

We went to Fresno yesterday and picked out our granite countertop and backsplash and will be installed on the 8th and 9th of december, Yipee. Its called Sunset Gold I found this place online . We almost went for quartz and when I found this and called and talked to the fella for over an hour we decided that this would be the best thing to do.

I was telling Mindy that I won $2000 the other day when Vern decided that I needed to get out and so he took me over to the Casino.  So little old me is paying for most of it, and if my stove doesn't make it he will buy my stove, something very simple no fancy gadgets just simple.

Ladies we are missing one fine lady on the board this week our Rosemary, God what a lady she is and such a fighter. We must all say a prayer for her and her family that she is with us on the board again. Paul has been so attentive to her and shows much love.

Cal prayers to you on your MRI and that you get the news that we are all praying for.

Bea I hope that your doing well and just keep up the great spirit that you always show.

Becky continue doing well with your tootsie and you will be doing a South Carolina Jig really soon.

Martha prayers to you and that this thing in your lungs turns out to be somthing simple.

Have such a wonderful Thanksgiving ladies, we will have my cousin here he always looks forward to this.

Mindy what can we say, stay as sweet as you are, you are such a blessing to know and I hope that your turkey gets its just desserts and you don't get the ass.

I just noticed that it still hurts when I type very long so I best get off, I need $600 dollars more so I think I will have vern take me to the casino and I will just win.

Oh by the way, he was sitting next to me and this official came over and asked if he was Vern and we thought something was wrong and Carol had called, He qualified for PALINKO like on the PRICE IS RIGHT and he dropped the little hockeypuck down the shoot and won $1000 bucks and he came back over to me smiling like a chesser cat...

Have a good one, hugs to all.

Hi Betty, and I've been wondering all along what was wrong with your shoulder and am I right to say that you ripped a shoulder muscle or tendon?

Lou do you know this casino was in Hanford for 15yrs before I went, we only went to Laughlin every so often. Have you ever been to Muckelshoot outside of Renton I think. Our SIL and Pam go about once a year and darn it everytime she goes she wins not $1000 but $900 LOL. she

Yep Bea your right on, it was under my shoulder blade and back of my arm. I was pulling ice plant out and Vern said that since we had no had any rain in over a year that the roots had to find water and so they got so long that when I pulled on them, rip rip rip goes the shoulder and muscle. Its better now, I started using moist heat and exercise instead of doing what the dr wanted was in a sling and it started getting better. I am using it but not much yet.

We were going to move to Bishop, Ca but when the market tanked so did our plans and we decided to just to what we want here and wait for a couple of years. I love Bishop its small and very historical, I bet Carol knows where it is. They had Japanese internment camps there just between Lone Pine and Bishop, it was so sad to walk the grounds and know what was going on.

You have a cool husband that seems to really not mind doing cooking and cleaning, Vern does not cook water but will clean.
