I am falling apart girls, I have a catch in my behind ROTFLOL, and I am tired of being tired. Hope that you all had a great day, ours was nice, I over used the oven to make sure it would go out and darn it, its still working. I even used the cleaning cycle at 500 degree or hotter I am not sure for 3 hrs nd its still working. Oh well I will just let dear Vern buy one later. We are having fog like you would not believe, I cannot see across the street.
What did you all fix for Thanksgiving? I think it would be fun to sample all the food on the board that was prepared and wonder who we would say(eat out next time) LOL. Ours was very simple with the boring cousin here and listen to his nosense for 5hrs because he is only 50.
Joyce and Gary did call and tell me I was a damn fool if bought a stove, she asked me what I was doing and I said nursing my stove and hoping it didn't go out before the first of the year. She said your damn fool betty, only you would spend money this time of year when economy is so bad and money short. I didn't tell her I won enough money to put in Granite countertops whewwwwwwwwwwwie would she be pissed ROTFLOL. I did tell her she reminded me of my mother-in-law.
Oh life is to much fun to let littleoldcrankyknowitall Joyce get to me,
I sure hope that Rosemary had a good day on Thanksgiving and was able to each a bit of it with her family. It really has to be so hard on her knowing that her family is so terribly worried about her. Prayers to Rosemary and Paul for all they are enduring.
I better get off and go see what I can do, I just shampooed the carpet in the dining room. have a good night and I shall talk to you all in the am. hugs

LOL...he s not very lucky anyway. glad that your luck is with you. i know you said you had settled on a stove. i hope its on its way. we had a very nice thanksgiving day. i didnt fuss but made the basics. my youngest son and his family were here. well that is one holidaze down and one to go.

I did finally tell Vern last night to not buy the stove, its working good and that after the first of the year they will be on sale to get rid of 2008. There is a plan behind all this ROTFLOL, I want him to install the pendant lights over the breakfast bar in yellow/gold/cinnamon and they will have to have electricity brought to them and hence, hold off on the stove. One thing at a time, the granite is paid for by walla me, and tightwad can do the lights. Does that sound like a plan or what, I am devious LOL.
Hope you have had a good day and its warmer in MIL, its colder than a witches boob and foggy.
Hugs

I'm a little late on answering what we all had for Thanksgiving, but we all (meaning just Ted and I) had the usual Thanksgiving turkey and today will be the end of the turkey and stuffing, etc.
Bea I know what you mean, when Vern retired 17yrs ago all we heard!!!!!well your retired we still have to make a living. I know Vern inherited a lot from his dad, so you didn't have to work until your 70, well no he did not inherit a lot from his dad. What he did get we used to pay off the house, which we didn't owe much anyway.
They make an excuse for everything you can persoanlly do and I am so sick to death of her poor me crap. Yes she is very sick but she has lived for 30yrs with lupus and is doing quite well. Plus the whole time you are answering her she is still talking and doesn't hear a word you say.
So I am just going on my merry way and doing what I feel is the best for this household ROTFLOL.
Bea I am so glad that you feeling better now, but I know you still have a long way to go to full recovery. ITs been nice for you to have a husband that adores you and will take over the brunt of the work, keep up the good work and start dancing soon. hugs, & have a wonderful day.
