good night. We are getting finished for the night early, and I want to watch NCIS and then off to bed.
The men will be here tomorrow to finish the kitchen, they were sick and we ask that they not come until they are well. We have decided not to put up the huge over the range microwave, I don't want to drill any holes in my granite and I want to see all the back splash. We will get a range blower and we only used it for warming coffee anyway. I will get a small one and a smaller tv to go on the counter. Can't wait we are eating out meals, and get tired of that. No water in the kitchen, washing what we use in the bathroom sink. But it will be all worth it in the end.
I hope that your all having a good evening and sleep restful tonight. We actually had sunshine today, but was still cold. I better boogie off of here and go get my shower and settle in.
Have a good night and hugs

Betty,
Do you have cable TV? If so, spring for an LCD TV for your counter. You'll love the thin modern style and it doesn't take up near the space of a regular one. If you cable, you will need to run a cable to it.

I need that recipe! I'm not fond of the store versions with all kinds of flavors. I need to find a good pita bread recipe with whole wheat.

jacquie here is the recipe.i did not use lard. i used the canola margarine that we use here on a daily basis and i added about two tablespoons more to the flour.after the ball of dough rested for an hour,it makes it much more elastized,i pinched off balls of the dough and rolled it between two sheets of wax paper with a little flour. worked really well. i used a round teflon fry pan and added a bit of canola oil.when the tortilla bubbled up and was brown on the other side i turned it..everyone here loved them..the store tortillas do not compare...try it..its easy...min
