Dutch oven working again

I buy bone in chicken breasts on sale, but I think they come from some old hens - rather tough. But - they are fine if you simmer them slowly. I have one in the new pot, covered it with low sodium chicken broth. When the meat is done, I take it out to cook, then dice. Because I hate to wash any more pots then necessary, I cook the wide noodles in the same broth, add a little poultry seasoning and parsley. The noodles soak up all the good flavor and I don't need to make any thickener for the broth. The chicken pieces go back in the pot when the noodles are done. How did I ever get along w/o this pot?? Last night was beef stew, cooked slowly to perfection. DH is getting real spoiled.
