Christmas Greetings

God's Blessings to each of you on this Christmas Day.  I'm sitting and waiting for my kids and grandkids to arrive.  Some of them should be coming in the door any minute now.  They will all be here today - what a blessing.

Christmas Eve I went to church with three of my kids and four of my grandkids.  After the service I went to dds' house for snacks and to watch their gift opening.  The two youngest were most excited to see their mom open their gift to her.  The had made a tape on which they sang and wished her a Merry Christmas.  It was precious and I'm sure will be even more so as the years go by.

I think I heard a car drive in, so I have to run now.  I just wanted to wish you all a wonderful day.

Take care,

Rain here also. I need to do some errands but will wait until the ice in our driveway is gone. DH backed my car up to the front door last eve so we could get in safely.

I'm suffering from my annual attack of indigestion. Too much rich food at the dinner last night, I should know better by now - LOL. Spent most of the evening upright in the rocking chair dozing. Guess our plain eating at home has made me really sensitive to fancier food. DS gave us a gift certificate to a local BBQ place we like, but I can't even think of eating there for a while - LOL. DH is dying to use it up and has his favorites. Ugh - I think I'll live on milk toast for the next few days.
