Near the top of my "To-Do" list is read "Three Cups of Tea" for book club.  Has anyone read it?  Does anyone else have a "To-Do" list?  I find that it's such a good feeling to be able to cross off a chore completed.  Doesn't take much to please me.

Do you think cold weather plays a part in aches & pains?  I'm tempted to take some time in Florida or Arizona to find out if my leg & back will feel better.  I've had to take a break from walking at the mall...much to my son's disappointment...and mine.  Or is it just a part of growing older?  I hate to even mention it to my dr., because she'll send me for multiple tests...arrrrrgh!

Pleasant day wishes to all!   Cal

My lists are on 3x5 cards placed strategically around the house. One on my PC desk with reminders about financial and internet stuff, in the kitchen re: errands need to be made, in the bathroom re: toiletries that are getting low. When it's time to go shopping, I grab the cards I need and don't need to worry about my CRS moments.

I am finding all these sudden changes in barometric pressure with the storms are causing me a grief. Years ago, when the pressure dropped, I'd get a migraine. I may quit the yoga class because it is downright embarrassing how slow I move to get on the floor, etc. The rest of the class has moved on and I'm just getting into position - LOL. Today I walked to 60s music, used my exercise bands (with handles that attach to a doorway), then stretched on the floor. Actually feel pretty good, now need a hot shower to keep everything loosened up.

DH is very sick today. All the symptoms of food poisoning. He's refused to give up his snacks made with peanut butter and I'll bet he got a bad batch. Of course, he's sure it's not his snacks, but something I made that upset him. Well, except for the snacks, we ate the same thing yesterday. Oh - I did have my daily yogurt, which he thinks is just spoiled milk and refuses to touch. DH almost never gets a stomach problem, so is pitiful. But, he is providing a warm hammock for the cat that loves to sleep between his leg. DH is asleep, so I took the phone off the the hook while I exercised. He hasn't eaten anything yet, so no sense in fixing him something.

Jacquie, the little packs of crackers with peanut butter were one of the things recalled along with ice cream & any other commercially made item with peanut butter.

Well, I started the same symptoms last night, so guess it's a virus. He's exonerated.

I did my usual routine yesterday morning and felt pretty good. I need to buy the book with yoga poses on floor/chair/bed to modify. I've paid for 3 more sessions, and can take them anytime. With this bug, I'll probably pass on Weds class.
