Physical therapy = torture!

I feel worse after going than before & I have to go 3 times a week for a month!  Think of me today at 1:30 when the therapist will say over & over, "Tell me when it starts to hurt", as she pushes my legs into positions they're not meant to be in.

Youngest DS came over to say, Hello", ended up fixing a 3-way switch in a lamp & is now vacuuming the living room.  What a sweetheart!  It's amazing what can find it's way under the 2 couches we have in this room.

Well, I'm on my way to the shower...I smell like eau du Ben-gay (sp?)!  LOL!  Hope you all have a feel good, pain-free day.   Cal

You aren't the first one I've heard that it's a torture chamber to go to Physical therapy . Those young guys that set you up have no idea that age can make a difference.Wonder if they even have to do all the things that they make people do? I just hope it helps.

Great when you get such nice help though.

I hear you. When I was going to PT for my disk problems, I had to take my codeine laced painkillers before I went. I finally told the therapist and she said we'd switched to a more yoga based slow routine. She didn't believe in the "no pain, no gain theory". My new Ageless Yoga is making me way more flexible than the PT ever did. Plus I don't have to get on the floor or up & down on a hard bench.

Your fragrance reminds me of when I tried putting Vicks in my nose at night because it gets so dry. DH left the bed, complaining it burned HIS nose. Now I use a Vicks inhaler and my nasal wash system.
