The yard was full of them this am..wow spring she is a coming!!!!

Took Fred in for his 6 week groming today..he hates it..but it has to be done..and he is so pretty and white now.

Then ran by Kohls and found 2 cute tops off the sale rack..8.80 each and then 15% off that.

Tomorrow I have to go to Iowa City that takes most of the day..

I have a ton of them in my yard lately too (also Cardinals!) and yesterday I noticed our Tulips are starting to shoot up. Ahhhhh, Spring is truly almost here. :)

Hope they behave better than the flock of starlings did a few weeks ago. They landed in the backyard maple just long enough to poop all over the deck and stairs. We had to use a broom to get the stuff off so it wasn't tracked in the house. When temp was above freezing, I was out with a bucket of bleach water to mop it off. Ugh.

I love Kohl's, but must avoid going in. I can never come out without an armload of sales stuff. The last time I picked up some fake coral jewelry - just the perfect thing to wear with Winter clothes while we transition into Spring. I notice that the news ladies are wearing this chunky stuff already. I should check this week's sales, because my bras are getting pretty limp.

That sounds delightful Judi!! We have crocus trying to pop up in our yard and the humming birds are very busy at the feeder. Although we live in CA we are up north at about 1500' elevation and get pretty chilly in the wintertime and HOT in the summer. We just had about 8 days of rain (I loove it!!) which is now heading east--it is a warm storm so you may get lots of puddles for the robins to play in!
Have a great weekend with your DH and pretty puppy.
