I wish you all a wonderful day!  (I'm going to take a double dose of pain med. & join my family at a restaurant for dinner.)  Is anyone cooking a traditional Easter dinner?  This will be the first time in 48 years that I won't be:-(   Hugs, Cal

Hope you made it through. I laid on the floor in the yoga "corpse" pose for quite a while and it felt good. My problem is muscle aching from advancing scoliosis, so anything that straightens the back eases the stress on them.

The rest of the family was involved in church related activities, so I made dinner for just DH & I. Baked a boneless ham, herb roasted red potatoes and steamed asparagus. No fancy dessert - I'll make some instant pudding with bananas for later in the evening. We ate enough rich food on vacation - LOL. Now I have plenty of leftovers, so won't need to do much supper prep for a few days.

My intention was to do some yard cleanup, but the wind was wicked and temp only in high 50s, so I gave up. I did get the last of the trip related stuff packed away. It seems to take me forever to get organized.

Hi Cal--hoping your dinner was fun and that the pain meds kicked in real well. Is it tomorrow that you get to see the dr?
I didn't cook--we were invited to my DD's DMIL's -- ate way too much and blew my WW diet, but tomorrow is another day :-)
Our DS surprised us and came home for Easter--haven't seen him since Christmas as he lives in NE. Really enjoying having him with us--our two DGSs have been hanging all over him--fun to see how much they enjoy being with him too.
Hope you get a good night's sleep!
Gentle hugs,
Carol
