Body odor and internal health
| Sun, 08-28-2005 - 8:31pm |
Hi. Im 20 and I've been told i have bad body odor. I've read articles giving advice like natural deodarants and wearing cotton, etc. But i was wondering if my odor is because for about 3 years i did not really excercise? (ive recently started excersing again) Could it be my body trying to sweat out toxins? Another thing is that when i was a child through my teenhood, i moved my bowels maybe every 2 or 3 days, sometimes more only. (now i make sure to go every day or try to) I was wondering if that affected my health and odor. Thanks

Hello!
It's really not what's on the inside(unless you're eating tons of garlic) that causes body odor.

I rememeber reading somewhere that some vitamins can cause bad body odor. I don't recall where I read this, but you might look into this as a cause????
So not to be contradictory....but it is what goes into you that can cause odor!
My husband also claims he can smell when a woman has her period. So far he's batting 100 percent accuracy! That must be some sort of hormone release.....????
