pelvic pressure pain

Has anyone else had this problem? I have started bleeding inbetween periods usually during mid cycle when ovulating. Ever since I had my 2nd child (Sept. '04) I have had pelvic pressure pain just like when I was pregnant. My gyno. said it would get better w/ time after 6 wk. check up. It did seem to get better but then a few months ago I started bleeding during ovulation and called Dr. and said not to worry that happens sometimes. Well, this month I started bleeding again on day 11 of my cycle and it lasted 2 days w/ a couple of blood clots. It wasn't heavy but enough for a regular pad every few hours. I also had major cramps whenever I would have a BM the week before. I called the Dr. and made an apptmt. but it wasn't until 2 wks. later. Then last night after I exercised I started bleeding again and i'm about day 15 in my cycle and more pain and pressure in my pelvic area just like when I was 8-9 mo. pregnant. It hurts if I stand for too long and it hurts if I sit on a hard surface when I got to stand up. Last night and today it has really been uncomfortable to walk. It's really hard to explain the pain but it's similar to when pregnant w/ the pressure. I have a new apptmt. on this Friday. I just wondered if I should go sooner to the Dr. or if anyone has any idea on what this could be? I also have had some pain in my lower back and the last few days pain on the left side of my pelvic area (i think from releasing an egg). Any input would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Jackie

I will have surgery on 10/28. It will be a D&C and Hysteroscopy. Is the hysteroscopy to find out more info. or is it to remove the tissue too?

Thanks,

Jackie,

Hysteroscopy is diagnostic.

I had my outpatient surgery on Fri. 11/4. The polyp was closer to my cervix than the Dr. had thought. I felt fine Friday other than being tired and Sat. I felt fine too and took the 800 mg. ibuprofen prescribed. Then on Sun. I started getting cramping and it seemed like I only had the cramping when I had to go to the bathroom for either one. I had this before a couple of months ago during my period. I was susposed to start on Friday or Sat. and now i'm bleeding more than I was over the wknd. So now I don't know if I started my period or if this is bleeding from the surgery. I don't seem to have the cramping today like the last 2 days. I've called the Dr. and they said unless i have large clots or the bleeding hasn't stopped by tonight then to call. I have had only small clots but I just wonder what the major cramping is from?

Thanks,
Jackie
