October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Please take the time to have a mammogram. If money is any issue call your state's Health & Human Service department, most have programs for low income families.
Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women in the United States. According to the American Cancer Society, it's estimated that 211,240 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in the US in 2005, and 40,410 women will die from the disease.
As some of you know, my aunt died of breast cancer in 2003. She had both breast remove. The third time it came back, they found it in her liver and brain. My aunt was the caring & giving person I have ever known.

A very timely post Jenny! Thank You!
