I have never posted here. But I have a few questions and concerns. My husband and I just moved to the west coast from the east coast. Almost every morning I wake up feeling really really sick. I feel hungover and have a raging headache, but I don't drink!! This morning it was really bad and my husband had already left for work. I took a shower and while I was blow drying my hair I started to get really sick. My symptoms were extreme nauseu(sp?), feeling hot and clamy and my head felt like it weighted 100 lbs, my stomach felt a mess as well. It was so bad I wondered if I could go to work and so I had to lay on the bed everytime I felt like I was going to almost fall down. Everytime I put my head up I felt sick like I needed to run to the toilet. I had no color in my face either and that always freaks me out! I have been extremely exhausted lately, taking naps on the weekends and practically falling asleep as soon as I come home from work. I'm only 33 years old. I'm on birth control and just got over my period, so I can't be pregnant. And I don't suffer from depression either.
One of my husband's clients asked him, "How are you dealing with the dryness here in CA?" So, I guess people that move here tend to fight how dry it is here. Has anyone else heard of these kinds of symptoms before? Should I be overly concerned about what's going on? I'm going get a full physical as soon as possible. I just can't deal with feeling sick most mornings...
I feel better now, but I have to mentally FORCE myself to feel better to come to work, but I still have a dull headache. I'm drinking water and had a little mid-morning snack and kept that down. But I just don't feel...right. I'm nervous about telling my husband how sick I felt this morning because he is nervous enough about my health as it is.
Thanks for any advice.
