I really started noticing that I twitch when I worked at McDonald's three or four years ago. I would try to go to sleep at night after work, and my shoulders would twitch. To this day, they still twitch. So do my knees, my buttocks, my left eye (looks like a heavy blink), and my nose, mainly on the left side. My husband notices that when my left eye twitches, I tend to look to my left when I do it. He's also noticed that I tend to shake a little bit. For example, I put my hands out in front of me and they shake very slightly. I hardly notice when that happens.
I've looked online to see if there's anything it could be, but I haven't had any luck. I get results like Parkinson's, but I don't fit into the full descriptions. The only thing that's the same is the twitching. It doesn't interrupt my daily life in any way. I just get kinda tired of it after a while. And some days it's barely noticeable but there are other days where it's very annoying. And I notice that it had a rhythm to it at times: first the knees (right, left), then the butt (right, left), then the shoulders (right, left). Sometimes my nose and eyes join the dance
Any ideas as to what it could be? I'm not really worried about it, just annoyed. Thanks for your help!

Hi celticmuse01!
When was the last time you saw an ophthalmologist? Not an optometrist (a person skilled in testing for defects of vision in order to prescribe corrective glasses)
