I take a really good anti-oxidant supplement, because the amount of food and juices you would have to consume to get the benefits is enormous (and high calorie, ever looked at juice? YIKES!). Not all supplements are created equal, so make sure your isn't full of binders, colors, fillers, etc if you decide to go that way.

Sounds interesting but I think ill stick to my basic food. It sounds like genetically modified food that is suppose to be fortified with nutrients. Ill still have look at the link.
