hi everyone!!!!!! I have a 3 month old and I was wondering what kind of things I could do with him. I know he is still so very young, but I feel bad when he's in his chair, or swing. so if anyone has ideas let me know please THANK YOU

I know it's such a hard time and you feel like you should be entertaining them but I think it wa smore me than DS. I use to rotate DS from chair to crib with mobile to swing and on the floor on his belly with some toys or a playmat. I'd say if I could go back I wouldn't worry about always trying to entertain them all the time if they seem content.

I was always told I was a very laid back new parent. If she was happy- I let her be. No need to stir quiet waters...lol

I still spent quality time with her- I would read books to her - even though she had no clue what I was talking about- play peek a boo - stuff like that- but I didnt want her to grow up and feel like she had to be joined at my hip 24/7. So- that was what we did- she is 5 now, and very independent, loving and intelligent ( She has the vocabulary of a 7-8 yo! (we are SO pleased!) I think a lot of it having to do with us not "babing " her when she was a baby. IF you feel uncomfortable not doing as much with him, by all means DO IT!

You will be the best mom you can be by doing what comes naturally to you!!!!

Enjoy your baby!! There are days ( fortunatly not many!- lol) that I miss her not being that little anymore!!!! TIME FLIES!
