Okay moms it is time to move and bless our hearts! We need to take care of US to take care of our family's. Just 15 minutes of some kind of exercising to get our blood pumping. Post back if you take the challenge!

Yay for me! I went to the Y today and worked out for an hour!

I joined the y to but have only taken the kids swimming. I plan to start going 3 times a week and was wondering what you liked best about it?

Well, its really nice to have the babysitting there while I excercise and take a shower. But the excercising part I usually use treadmill and the weight machines. I haven't used the pool yet but I hope to take the parent child swim class this fall with my 2 yr old.

I just started going about a month ago. I try to go right away in the morning to get it out of the way and get my day started in a good way.

I'll take it, maybe this will motivate me to start working out again (I hope). So who will hold us accountable, will we have a support system, or check in on a weekly basis???

I swept my floors and I think it took me longer than 15 minutes.

i'm seriously thinking of getting a counter added to my siggy of days i've excersized. that way every day when i log on here and see it i'll feel guilty and have to go work out!! i really only want my six pack back, it seems to have gotten lost somewhere after baby #2......but i'd love some workout buddies to yell at me when i slack off. sign me up!
