How about something different! Tonight, if you can, do something for fifteen minutes that you used to do as a kid. Maybe hopscotch with your kids, or jumprope! Remember all those fun rhymes to jump rope to..lol! Just something to get that heartrate up. We all can find 15 minutes~! And your kids will get to exercise with mommy!
