Another tip I use is to put raw spinich in my salads Dh and kids never know it is there...they think it is lettuce! lol You can also use a food processor and put spinich in meatloaf and other casaroles! lol us moms are to clever!

Well, I was going to make pizza casserole but I forgot the pepperoni so now it's just plain ol' lasagna.

No recipe for mine....
We had sausage and biscuts with Green beans.
Something fast, small and easy. I was not in the mood to cook, and with just two of us, had to be simple.

umm, i was thinking i was really lazy and didn't want to fix anything that required turning on the stove? and also that i ate half a pizza for lunch and i really didn't need to eat dinner but if dinner looked at all tasty i'd eat it anyway so i'd better fix something that would only appeal to children and people on survivor?

and THANK GOD someone else buys the nasty little things in bulk at sam's club!! roflmao!

I do the spinach trick also, but in a diff way. My daughte LOVES spaghetti (sp) any way she can get it, has since she could eat it. Well, I take cream of chicken or mushroom soup and throw that in blender with (yikes) canned spinach and blend it together, then put it on the spaghetti (sp), she LOVES it, and I have always loved spinach, so that is a good variation on the normal cooked with butter.

I know I'm a little late, but I didn't post yesterday because we had kraft dinner. Not too creative. Tonight I am getting dh to make his famous shredded pork fajitas. They are so good with his homemade salsa & guacamole.Yummmm, I can't wait.
