I'll be the first to answer - I go used to go to gymboree classes one a week (I'm considering joining again) and pretty rarely another moms group, but that meets during dd's naptime and I'd rather be home than go out and have her not nap and be a grump the whole day. I also try to run one errand sometime in the afternoon to get us all out of the house.

If the weather is nice, I will take dd for a walk, or go to the playground next to our house. I don't drive, so I don't get out to shop or anything until dh gets home. We usually do the big shopping on weekends, so during the week nights we can stay home together.
If we need something picked up, dh gets it on his way home.
We get out of the house every day. I drive the kids back and forth to school and do some volunteer work there a few days. My 4 year old has a sports class one morning a week and a storytime another morning. The other 3 days we either run errands or just stay at home. After I drop my son off at school in the afternoon, I'll sometimes go to the mall, get groceries, get a haircut, etc...other days I just stay at home, read a book, talk on the phone, sit on the computer.
I don't get out at night much anymore since I have 2 1/2 hours to myself every afternoon. My husband and I rarely go out just the 2 of us...we've had a hard time finding a good babysitter. We do go out to dinner with the kids at least once a week though.
I'm pretty happy and find that I have a good balance of family time and me time.

I get out almost everyday. Most of the time just to run errands.
I will usually take Maggie to the park one or 2x a week.
We did try a music class at a community center and after 30 min. she would say all done mommy and walk out the door. So that was not a big success. We are not morning people and many of the classes that I would like to try are before we are up and moving. So maybe after we get off our lazy butts we will go.
