Favorite mis-pronunciations...

Okay, I have a 4yr DD, 2yr DD and a 8 wk DS.
I was thinking about some of my favorite "Abby-isms" that she's had over the years. One of my favorites was calling pepperoni, "puppy-onis" -I really miss hearing that! My 2 yr old, Emily, calls "Dora the Explorer" - "Dua" What are some of the cute mis-pronunciations that you are going to miss, or already miss that your kids have said?

Colt doesn't do "tw" well...so, its "Finkle, finkle, little star" and birds go "feet, feet".

Ok, that reminded me of another one. Abby couldn't do the "tw" sound so her "Twinkle, twinkle" was "Tinkle, tinkle, little star"! As I'm sure you can imagine, that gets lots of laughs!

My son (6) has a vast vocabulary but has trouble pronouncing a lot of his big words. My favorite is how he says "good observation" (which he says a lot) It comes out "good oserbation". Hmmm. I know there's more, I'll have to pay more attention to what he says.

My second oldest, Megan is 7. She still says mazagine for magazine and mokin ratol for remote control. We all call it the "mokin" now.... she'll never get it right since we don't correct her! Ha ha!

I have a 4 yr old named Katelyn and 2 year old named Megan. Megan is very soft spoken and sweet and my favourite one lately is yeserday (for yesterday). She also calles Katelyn Taylyn since she cannot pronounce her name. I LOVE this age and the learning how to talk. My oldest talked VERY early and so she was talking like that by 14 months.
