What do you think?

I was looking at a website for ppl here in my city
with lots of different boards on it, like to sell/trade things
and there's also a board there where ppl can post if they are looking for a baby sitter
or if they are looking to baby sit for children
I'm a stay at home mom, obviously lol, and i am caring for my 3 year old son. He is developmentally behind because of a long hosptail stay from birth.
anyways , i was wondering who some of you might think of the idea i have
I thought it might be a good idea to find out if there is anyone looking for a sitter for a 2-3 year old. I love kids and have worked with them before, plus i have my own lol.
Do you think there are ppl willing for a sitter to bring their child with them to work?
I just thought it would be a good idea since it's good for kids to play with other kids (and my son really needs to do this as well). I think it's ideal because it would be beneficial to all parties, kids can play with each other, i can ahve a job, they can have a sitter, and i'd still be able to be the one to care for my son. I'd also be willing to go to their house, or the child come to my house, or do both.
I'm kind of excited about the prospect, but i would like some input from other moms :)

I think it's a great idea. Here are just some ideas.
I would look up laws in your state about in home child care, you will have to be CPR/RES certified. Most likely have to have seperate sleeping quarters for naps and play time. You will have to provide meals/snacks. What are your concerns with sick kids? Fever of over 100 they need to go home, or anything showing sickness ie runny nose, coughing they can't come etc.
Make sure you have in mind some sort of contract too, and what you are looking at for salary, alot of time, if you go to their house, they will have you doing light housekeeping and cooking.
Just some things to consider before you make your final desision. Good Luck
Joey
