Need some help

Ladies,

I have just found out that a friends 2 week old son was just diagnosed with hemophilia yesterday. I would like to bring her and her DH some dinners to keep in the freezer so that they have something to eat and not think about cooking. Now I am a pretty darn cook - if I say so myself - but the things that I cook are not really freezer friendly foods and I really do not know how to cook larger batches of things (I have been cooking for 1 or 2 people for far too long) So, I am asking for some recipes of things that can be cooked and frozen - they can be as simple or as complicated as you have it does not matter to me.

Thank you all so much for your help!!!!

Sarah

The first things that pop into my head are Sauce with Meatballs, then all they have to do is make basic spagetti, Lasagna, Chicken Pot Pie. I found this chart, it has alot of great info..

Hugs to you for doing this for them, and BIG hugs to them for having to go through this!!

I was going to suggest lasagna, someone made it for us when Emily was born and it froze nicely.
