my friend had a miscarriage in the tub cause it was to hot and it wasn't even more then 102°f.
sorry if I'm freaking you out but on the upside I went in a hot tub when I was pregnant with Ragnar (about 6 or 7 weeks) before I knew that I was pregnant (teenage denial) and he was just fine :)
My dr always told me that I could take bathes all the way up to my last tri unless complications arose. The dr, also told me why he said that. His reason was, once you are in your last tri you don't want to be in a tub of water with all of the dirt germs floating in the water with you. Your body is getting ready to give birth and so your...is more open. That meaning, you and baby are able to get "sick". Does any of that make since? If not let me know and I will try to better explain it.

You are not freaking me.
I think that's the best idea, to ask your doctor.
That is what I thought too.
I took hot baths and showers the whole time I was pg.
I was told you can take a bath at 100 degreese or less for no more than 15 minutes especially in the first trimester...
Hope this helps...
