Good Morning Bugs.......m

Day two with our new look and getting a little more comfortable with it.

We are looking rather yellow around here with the pine pollen falling all over everything. It doesn't do any good to wash the car off as when you go out it is covered again. An allergist was on our local morning news show and was telling us that it isn't the pine pollen that is causing all of our scratchy throats, itchy and watery eyes and sinus problems it is the microscopic pollen from the other trees and plants that are causing our discomfort. All I know is that when I see the signs of the pods (or whatever they are called) way up there in the pine trees starting to open and show yellow I am in for fun for a few weeks.

I have my Small Faith Community Gathering this morning and then I will be spending the afternoon making croutons for the Spaghetti Dinner Sat and trying to get my tax information pulled together for the accountant.

Hope everyone has a wonderful day.

Hugs and prayers for all...Pab

Oh no!!!! I forgot about pollen season. Just about the time we all think it is warm enough to open all of the windows, we have to close them again to keep the pollen out of the house. Your season starts earlier than ours here in Jersey, so I'll just enjoy the open windows for a few days.

Thanks for your help, Pat.

Oh! No! Pollen! That means we'll be next!

We have lovely windows in our kitchen that roll out, letting in lots of fresh air, sunshine, and the dusting of pollen you decribed, We are surrounded by oak and pine trees.

Oh! Well! Out comes the air filter! LOL!

Have a great day, Pab.

Don't you just love it when the specialists start specializing. Who cares which tree it comes from--find a cure.

I'm at least getting used to posting and responding on this new format. Now I just have to remember what room I planned to clean before I sat down at the computer. HGD Kathey

Sure can identify w/you about this pollen, etc as far as sinus/allergy problems. Today has been somewhat cooler but windy so all this beginning pollen is blowing around so after my walk down here to lib & another short walk, decided to come back to lib to stay in but I dearly love Spring with all the azaleas and dogwoods which here we do not have (you are further southeast than here) but lots of rosebud trees flowering (think I got the name right). Hope your sinus/allergy condition will not be bad. Take care. Hope you have a great day, too.

Take care.  God bless u & yours,
