I have a problem!!!!

When I click on any of the red options next to my welcome name, the green light goes on on the computer as if it was opening something, then my page flashes as if it was opening something, then I come back to this page as if nothing was done.

When the page does flash, I get the X that comes with the pop-up stopper. I'm wondering if the stopper is considering these pages as ads. Kathey

Yes!! Whenever your system tries to open a new window - for any reason - your pop-up stopper sees it as an "pop-up" and stops it! You *must* hold down your 'Ctrl' key when you click on something that requires a new window be opened.

For example: you are in the outline view and want to open a message...

Your 'red options' are trying to open to a new window.

Frustrating ain't it?!!
