The other day my DS opened the bathroom window & wasn't home

to close it. It's over the tub & doesn't close easily. I

used some muscles I shouldn't have used. The next day I had

to go to the college & walk around the campus. There were

several buildings I had to go to and it was important to do

it in person. I was only there about 1 1/2 hrs. It really is

a small campus. Probably both activities were responsible

for the pain I've been feeling. It has effected my sleeping

so I do more of it during the day. I get to check my emails

and that's about all. Please feel free to share this on the

board. I miss you all.

We need to keep Karen in our thoughts and prayers. I'm sure she'll be back just as soon as she feels better.
