Is she away? Sunny day here today. Long day for me, but I only have two Fridays left in this semester. Then, I hope to take a good long break. My window geraniums are blooming I am glad they survived the cold winter. My DB is working on an herb garden with medicinal herbs. DD & DM were good gardeners, so he seems to have reverted to their way of dealing with illness and problems- do some gardening. I had some nice mint and chamomille tea from his garden.

Hi Hope. I am going to try some Lemon Basil indoors. I tried it about a month ago but I guess it was too cold next to the window because nothing came up. Now that the sun is so bright it should take. I have a package of Globe Amaranth which looks pretty on the package. I wonder if I can grow it inside. I don't have good garden space outside.

I haven't seen anything from Karen, either. Maybe her work and school schedule along with still healing is keeping her busy. Kathey

Karen is missing and so's the other Sharon....from Ark.?, I think. But I don't always read all the posts so I probably have missed something.

You asked about trapshooting....we shoot shotguns, one shell at a time...5 people are in a line l6 yards from a "traphouse" that throws basically clay frisbees. If we're lucky, when it's our turn, we hit the frisbee!!! There are 25 clay "birds" thrown at each round or turn, they're thrown 5 at a time. So 25 is a perfect round. It's fun and everyone is equal because it doesn't matter if you're tall, short, skinny or fat, man or woman, it's strictly a hand to eye coordination competition. ...TJ

An herb garden! How wonderful, Hope.

I have always thought about planting one but have never done so. This just may be the year! We certainly have room for one ... living on two acres.

I've been away so long that I've lost track of who is where, so I'm not sure where KAren is. I hope all is well.

Have a great day.

DF belonged to a hunting club and they shot real birds. Then they had "fun" preparing them and eating them. So, I thought you were shooting birds- glad they are clay birds. Sounds like fun.
