Sunny skies today. Beautiful day...

The sun woke me up this morning. It was warm. I loved it. AFter breakfast, I made a few small flower arrangements for the rooms. Tooth ache is oh so slight, but I know it is there. Hope it stays like this until tomorrow. I called my regular doctor who prescribed an antibiotic- says he doesn't want to see the bacteria in the bloodstream. Kathey- I probably will also have to pawn this crown if I need a new one. lol Francine- the concert sounded wonderful. I was planning to go see the Velazquez exhibit at the Met Museum, but DH is not up to it. It won't be fun without him. I am little down because there are so many things now we can't do together. It's no fun doing them alone. So glad I have that support group on Monday nights for caregivers. This is a new plateau in his illness that I have to face and accept. I did get tickets for the Matisse /Picasso exhibit . I will be going with a friend. I also got tickets for Long Day's Journey Into the Night with Vanessa Redgrave. DS is going with me. Ladies- do the things you can now with your spouse because there might be a day when you can't.
Enough of this situation. I am off to church where I always come out of feeling energized.

Isn't the sun glorious, I think I appreciate it more this year after all the rain.
I hope you resolve your tooth problem today. I have a dentist appointment myself, he's working on a new bridge for me...took out a home improvement loan to pay for it (just kidding)but it certainly cost as much as a home improvement job.
Sorry to hear DH is not feeling well but its nice that you have wonderful friends and DS to do things with, although I know its not the same. You have so many wonderful and different things to do living in NYC. My sister and I were just talking yesterday about taking a trip to the city...we've wanted to go to the South Street Seaport, have you ever been there?
Well good luck with your dentist appointment today..
Val
Good luck with that tooth today.....Hugs, BB
I don't think people realize just how much you have at your fingertips living in NYC. So much to see and so much to do. Go around the corner and there is a nice place to eat. Go around the other corner and there is culture. Go around the other corner and there is entertainment. I miss DD living in the city.
Beautiful day here now, as I'm sure it is up there with you.
