That's pretty strong, isn't it? I am still amazed that we had an earthquake at all. I know there are a couple of fault lines in the south, but this was my first experience ever actually feeling the earth shake. Very weird!

I am off for an early walk. Will check in when I get back home. Have a good day, buggies....BB

I thought you felt the earth shake when you went to the JB concert! I'm not surprised at any changes in the weather or earth circumstances anymore. It seems the El Nimo (or whatever it's called) is re-constructuring the world. Kathey

Good Grief BB! What are you people up to down there? First it's tornadoes, now an earthquake..what's next...Locusts or a plague of frogs?? TJ

BB, one question: did it wake your animals? Aren't they supposed to be supersensitive or something?? Maggie slept right through, Kit was most likely prowling outside, DH never felt anything, and, as I told Dannie, I thought maybe there was a rainstorm...I do love to hear a rainstorm at night, but still, it's not an earthquake by any stretch of imagination. Mentone (the epicenter) is where there are a couple of summer camps, and I went to one when I was about 9, I was *sent* actually. I ran away, and the highway patrol found me and returned me...I was sent home in some disgrace. Another Seren story for your amusement...;-) Seren

It's those Southern Belles all openning their parasols at the same time that make the earth shake. Kathey

No, Kathey, it's all us Southern Belles stamping our tiny little feet and having tiny little temper tantrums because we're all having to do yard work and chores, and we'd really rather be sippin' cool drinks with little parasols decoratin' them! ;o) Seren
