continued prayers for my DF...he called me last night, he is at my DB#2's until tomorrow. He is not allowed to drive until next Tues...because of the pain meds...so DB#1 and his wife will be getting DF and DM and their car home tomorrow. DF said he is doing pretty good...said he had lost muscle tone with this right leg but exercising should bring it all back.

I spent all morning at the dentist yesterday getting the prep work done for the crown. The hard part is behind me now but it sure did wipe me out yesterday. I really didn't get much accomplished yesterday afternoon. I have to get up to the church and get some work done for this weekend. I need to get the Bible School Registration letter out in the mail.

Hope everyone has a great day today and a relaxing weekend.

Hugs...Pab

Pab, glad the prep work is done. I know what you mean, though, about it wiping you out. I had a crown put in last month, and just lying with my head lowered for so long, and then up, and then down...I was wobbly and tired by the time it was over, and it really was nothing at all!! Juat time-consuming really. Hope your Dad continues to regain his strength, and that you get your VBS letters out. That reminds me of my mother; every summer for years she was in charge of VBS at out church, and that was so much a part of our lives. That was back in the day, when it was in the mornings (it's at night here now...or in evenings rather)and we lined up outside the church in 3 big lines, and marched inside as we sang the anthem of each year, carrying flags, ranked according to age from youngest on up. It was exciting stuff! Seren

Good Morning, Pab

The news about your DF continues to be good! He is so fortunate to have his children and their families so close by. We often discuss what we'll do when my DM needs help. Being 1300 miles away makes it difficult to be there at a moment's notice.

Have a great weekend, too.

Glad to hear your DF is doing well. As for the crown ... I hate going to the dentist. LOL Glad most of the work is behind you.
