How is everyone today?I couldn't eat anything yesterday! It just wouldn't stay down, but Kathey & Wren, you'll be happy to know that I woke up hungry and have already had some oatmeal and a piece of toast.

DH went to the birthday party alone, since I didn't even have the energy to get dressed. I also didn't want to be around anyone, just in case I was contagious! But I'm on the comeback trail now and am even going to try to go to church.

Now if I can get Francine into the chatroom that will be quite a feat! I just hope, Francine, that I will be there! There's a possibility that we may have out-of-town guests.

Yes, ladies, the Shariton looks like it's opening again for business! We have friends coming for a few days in the middle of the week and then another couple coming for the weekend.

Guess I had better get busy. DD's room is now free to be a guest room and it needs a little work!

Kacee, where were you yesterday?

CUlater,

Hugs,Shari

Shari, I am so glad you feel better today. Maybe it was the airplane food. I didn't mean to scare you; I just didn't want something to go untreated that could turn worse.

So, the Shariton is open for business again. Do you get to wear one of those little bellhop caps?

Have a fun day. Kathey

Good morning, Shari. I did not get here yesterday, and I am sorry to see that you were not feeling well. I am happy to see that you are feeling better now. Take it easy and stay well hydrated.

Have fun as your guests start to arrive. You must have a very lovely home, since all of your friends love to hang out there. It's probably a combination of your home and your own charming Ladybug self.

By-the-way, tell your DH that I have a Georgia Tech connection, now. My nephew's fiancee graduated yesterday with a BS in industrial engineering. And we were laughing about the words to "The Ramblin' Wreck", which were printed in the program. I had not heard all of the words to that song. It is hilarious. And it was obvious that there were no women enrolled there when the song was written.

Enjoy your Sunday.

Welcome to the GT club, Dannie. You are absolutely right about that! There were only a handful of women there when DH attended. That's why he had to walk across the street to find me! LOL

BTW, remember the friend we visited while we were in Atlanta? He sent us a beautiful book called "Georgia". It has some fabulous pictures in it.

It's more like "lack of food" Kathey. All we got was a bag of pretzels!

No, I don't wear a bellhop's hat, but I do sometimes wear a chef's hat, a maid's apron, and a tourguide's uniform, if you get the drift! LOL

Enjoy your day, too.

Hugs,Shari
