Good Morning All, this Wednesday Morn...

I almost had heart failure this morning. As is my habit when I get up I turn the computer on as I go through the familyroom on my way to the kitchen to fix my cup of tea. Then I come back to the computer, by this time it is all turned on, loaded etc. Well this morning I came back to a black screen...didn't think I had been away long enought for the energy saver to come on but moved the mouse and nothing. The green light was on the tower, the red light was not blinking so everything should have been ready. Oh dear...didn't know what to think. Then I noticed that the green light was not shining on the monitor. So flipped the switch thinking it may have gotten shut off...nothing. So guess my monitor died. I had another monitor in the closet with our very first computer so drug it out, hooked it up and I am back in buisness. Whewww.

We had a strong thunderstorm move through last night, so had to shut everything down. Haven't had time to get caught up on all of the goings on...so am sending Hugs and Prayers for you all...will check the board out later.

I have been working on getting things back in order. Vacuumed DD's room and started putting things back in there...in one corner as she still has some stuff on one side of the room yet...which I am going to go through and probably stash in the overloaded closet. I am trying to put things back in an orderly fashion...also still sorting through the hall closet. Figured as everything is such a mess, I will try to methodically go through it. Have hauled 3 bags to the trash in the past two days.

Well I need to get moving as I have to go in to the church and work today...have several things going on there this month that I have to get moving on. I have a meeting at church tonight at 7 but should be finished and home by time for chat. We are first on the agenda, I think, and what we need to talk about isn't very much.

Wishing everyone a great day.

Hugs...Pab

Good morning Pab. Lucky you had the extra monitor handy. A day without the computer is like a day without sunshine. Kathey

Thank goodness you had that old monitor! Being without our computer is a true hardship!!

I have noticed that each time Dan has moved back home and then away again I have just a bit more of his 'stuff' to deal with!! Last year I cleaned out the spare bedroom and sent a bunch of his stuff home with him. I need to do the same thing with the closet in that room and the one here in the 'office'! Then there is the garage!!!!

Have a great day, Pab...

You are doing the right thing , Pab. At least you took out 3 bags of stuff. It sure can collect, as we are finding out. Our basement is now looking real good, but there is still stuff we could get rid of.
