This is a good recipe if you like Salmon like I do! I made it for my DH tonight.
I use to make it for my girls a long time ago! I hope you will enjoy it!

Hugs,
..
He said rude things though to make me upset! For instance the casserole looks like slopp! Needless to say he is an ex! LOL
My DH, now, never would say something so hurtful or thoughtless! He is always complimenting me even on little things that I do for him! I think he might want me to stick around! It is easy to make to! Hugs, SusieK

I'm curious! How would you adapt this to WW? How many points would a serving be?
I made mental calculations with sour cream, noodles, and cheese ... well, I could be over a day's limit in one meal ... even with low-fat, no-egg ingredients.
I would defintely prepare this *as is* for ladies' luncheon ... vichysoisse to start, a salad and asparagus with hollandaise sauce for sides, fresh strawberry shortcake for dessert.
Who's worried about points? I just used my supply for the week! LOL!
Seriously though ... It isn't easy for me to keep to the 18-23 points I have as limits for maintaining at my weight. Actually that has always been my range, but thankfully exercise allows me to go over that amount without a problem.
Happy eating!

Something we both seemed to know coming into marriage, and frankly, we sure didn't know much!!, was how to argue, and how not to argue. I've tried to teach that to our DDs, though maybe it comes naturally or it doesn't. But we know the limits, and we know we love each other. We can say lots of things, but we never go over those limits. We don't hurt each other, ever. He's a sweeter person than I am, but I would never just casually toss out a nasty comment, or even not casually.
That just stung me for you that your ex would say that sort of thing. So happy you're with a man now who is so good to you. Seren
Your casserole sounds good, but unfortunately, neither DH nor I likes salmon. I think it is the only fish that we just don't like. Not sure why that is either. I know that salmon is good for you too...oh well....
Have a great day, Strawberry girl!...Hugs, BB
Poof!!! I'm gone!!

Fresh Salmon would be best! Can salmon is cheaper for me. and you can adapt the recipe any way you want. I just do not like the diet stuff! no yokes are a good choice though!
If Francine reads this message, I do not know much about the points system! I might use tuna for my DH because it's his favorite! I was just talking to my 29 year old daughter on IM and told her that I would send her this recipe for her family. Her and I have fun talking, using IM with each other, making each other laugh! She is the one most like me! Light Hearted! that is! SusieK
