It's a cold but sunny Sunday!

We woke to a 30* morning. Thankfully everything that's green and growing is hardy and won't be killed by frost.

The sun is shining and it's supposed to warm up to the 60s. I hope so.

I still haven't heard anything about our DF Monica. I've posted an update below.

Today my DH is taking Rosie to visit his DM. He can't manage both girls so Gemma will stay at home. I wonder what he'd do if they were human? You just don't leave one home alone! LOL! Perhaps that's why God ... in His wisdom ... didn't allow men the privilage of having children.

As for me ... I'll be taking a short walk to the house on the corner of our street to attend a brunch in honor of the newest member of our neighborhood: Dominic Christopher ... and his mom, of course.

I am bringing a tray of sweet breads, rolls, pastries, etc. You must have heard of Panera Bread. They're everywhere now. I am picking up as nice assortment this morning. There was no way I could bake an assortment for just 12 people. Every recipe makes dozens and no one wants leftovers. *Everyone* seems to be watching what they eat. So I took an easy ... and delicious ... way out.

Want to get really hungry? ;-)

So that's my Sunday. I hope everyone has a great day, too.

Many blessings!
